I went to the doctor today to get my usual prescription. He prescribed me 10mg tablets instead of 20mg, so that I can try and come off the medication slowly. If I still feel sick with 10mg, I'll just double up the dose and try taking less medication another time. He said I'm definitely too young to be on permanent medication and I agree.
